Dear Students,

In the beginning of new session 2010-2011, I take an opportunity to extend heartiest welcome to all the new comers who are seeking admission in this prestigious institution known for its glorious academic tradition in the Doaba region. I congratulate old student of this college for their brilliant success in lower examinations and welcome them in next higher class to pursue their studies further. I sincerely wish that the new session brings joy and happiness in your life and pray to almighty for the achievement of your aims and dreams, for which you have joined this college.

I feel immense pleasure while putting on record that the college is continuously and successfully catering to the educational needs of people of Phagwara and adjoining areas for the past 63 years. The college is presently progressing well under the able guidance of S. Bharpur Singh Bhogal, Advocate (President Ramgarhia Educational Council), who is making untiring efforts to maintain the glory of the college and to take it to new heights.

The college is providing instuctions in the field of arts, Science (Medical and Non-Medical) and Commerce up to degree level, Computer up to P.G.D.C.A. level and Post Graduation in Punjabi and History. In view of great demand for the professional courses, College has introduced Diploma in Stitching and Tailoring, Diploma in Computer Maintenance, B.C.A.,B.Sc. IT and UGC Add On Course Clinical Diagmostic Techniques  and Certificate Course in English Communication Skills recently and  introduced  B.Sc Biotechnology and B.B.A.B.from academic session 2010-2011. The Add On Courses give the students an opportunity of doing two degrees simultaneously, as these courses can be pursued along with regular degree classes.
